Accurate Language Solutions is looking for a Nagamese Language Expert for a healthcare-focused project in Mumbai.
Position
Healthcare Coach ā Nagamese Language Expert
Location: Mumbai
Salary/Professional Charges: Negotiable
Languages: Nagamese & English ā proficiency in both is mandatory
Availability: Immediate / As per project requirement
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide patients with psychosocial support to help them cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
ā¢ Communicate with patients after discharge to understand their health status and provide appropriate support and counselling.
ā¢ Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records.
ā¢ Understand patientsā medical needs and effectively coordinate them with hospitals.
ā¢ Handle patient queries and provide responses based on predefined FAQs.
ā¢ Counsel patients who have been advised to undergo surgery regarding expected health outcomes and hospital services.
ā¢ Collect relevant health-record data from consenting patients.
ā¢ Enrol new patients into the system when they contact the service.
ā¢ Participate in regular feedback sessions, project-related training, and on-the-job training.
ā¢ Ensure proper and secure management of patient information.
Required Skills
ā¢ Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
ā¢ Strong active-listening and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Patient-focused approach with a positive and empathetic attitude.
ā¢ Ability to engage naturally and communicate effectively with patients.
ā¢ Understanding of medical conditions and healthcare terminology.
ā¢ Ability to handle patient complaints, grievances, and service-related concerns professionally.
ā¢ Good documentation and data-entry skills.
ā¢ Pleasant personality and professional communication style.
ā¢ Strong teamwork and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelorās Degree in a Clinical, Medical, Biology, or related field.
Preferred backgrounds:
Paramedics | Clinical Psychologists | Physiotherapists | Dietitians | Nutritionists | Other relevant healthcare fields
