CRM Sportsbook Specialist

Are you a sports-savvy individual with a talent for engaging customers? As a member of our team, you'll contribute to crafting promotions that align with customer engagement strategies and business goals. You'll also be participating in analyzing campaign performance, customer preferences, behaviors, and product trends to help make data-driven decisions.

With this position, you are going to:

• Support CRM Sportsbook Managers with tasks including but not limited to manual campaign tracking, briefing, promotion cost prediction, new promotional mechanic suggestion through mechanic tests, creating post-analysis requests with requirements, and any other emerging tasks to assist them with
• Taking a proactive part in drafting Sportsbook promotions from scratch in line with customer engagement strategies and business goals
• Contribute towards brands' Sportsbook promotions, including but not limited to aligning with stakeholders during the promotion drafting phase, pre-analysis of draft promotion, post-analysis of promotion
• Come up with different strategies for different KPIs through quarterly planning phases for retention, churn prevention, and reactivation (win back) purposes
• Collect data and help analyze campaign performance, customer preferences, behaviors, and product trends
• Focus on effective communication strategies to personalize brands' communication with customers
• Work very closely with the product team for emerging events, KPI & product trends and for promotional purposes

Here are the key indicators that would make you feel comfortable while you are performing this job:

• Experience in iGaming
• Passion for sports
• A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind
• Experience in working with Google Sheets, Jira, Tableau, and Qlik is preferred
• Experience in creating Sportsbook campaigns is a plus
• High organizational skills. You are used to running projects and coordinating and delivering on time
• Exceptionally creative mind
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Knowledge about marketing channels
• English fluency
