Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and sustenance of NABH standards across hospital departments.
Conduct gap assessments, identify areas for improvement, prepare action plans, and monitor compliance.
Develop, review, and update policies, SOPs, manuals, protocols, and quality documentation in line with NABH standards.
Conduct staff training, awareness sessions, and sensitization programs on NABH standards and patient safety goals.
Perform internal audits, departmental tracers, mock assessments, and readiness reviews.
Coordinate with hospital leadership and departmental teams to ensure timely implementation of quality initiatives.
Prepare audit reports, compliance dashboards, action trackers, and project progress reports.
Support hospitals during NABH assessments and facilitate successful accreditation.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of patient safety.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Health & Hospital Management (or equivalent).
3–4 years of experience in hospital quality, accreditation, or patient safety.
Hands-on experience in NABH implementation, audits, and quality documentation.
Strong knowledge of NABH 6th Edition standards and the accreditation lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Uttar Pradesh for consultancy assignments.
Preferred Skills
Practical experience in implementing NABH 6th Edition standards.
Knowledge of Facility Management Services (FMS), Human Resources (HR), Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), Quality Indicators, and Risk Management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to independently conduct hospital assessments, training programs, and implementation activities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation management.
