NABCONS invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Core Contractual Staff (CCS) at its Corporate Office, New Delhi. The selected candidates will be engaged as Core Contractual Staff (CCS) initially for a period of 01 year, which may be extended based on the performance and requirement. The details regarding the engagement are as under:- Designation: Associate Consultant - HR Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi No. of Posts: 1 Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Maximum Age: 35 years as on 01.03.2023. Minimum Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Human Resource Management in any reputed organization. Job Description: The incumbent shall be responsible for carrying out various HR related activities like manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, maintenance of employee records and compliance with Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
