Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled n8n Developer to design, develop, and optimise advanced workflow automation systems using n8n and other modern automation tools. This role focuses on building intelligent, scalable, and reliable workflows that integrate multiple platforms, APIs, and AI systems to streamline organisational processes.
The ideal candidate understands that workflow automation is not just connecting nodes — it is architecting efficient, resilient, and scalable systems. You will create automation architectures that ensure data accuracy, maintain consistency, and integrate seamlessly into production environments.
This role requires a strong technical foundation, a systems-thinking mindset, and experience working with APIs, structured data, and automation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyse Department Workflows
- Study and document the structure, processes, and operational needs of all departments to identify inefficiencies, decision points, and automation opportunities.
- Design Automation Architectures (n8n)
- Develop and implement advanced workflows in n8n tailored to each department’s processes, integrating internal systems, third-party tools, and APIs.
- Integrate APIs & Services
- Connect various platforms (CRMs, databases, communication tools, etc.) using APIs, webhooks, and custom logic to enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Implement Data Structuring & Error Handling
- Build workflows that ensure structured data output (JSON), proper validation, error handling, retries, and logging mechanisms.
- Optimise & Maintain Workflows
- Continuously monitor workflow performance, debug issues, reduce failures, and improve efficiency and scalability of automation systems.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with different departments to understand requirements, deploy automation solutions, and ensure smooth adoption.
- Note: You are not required to build automation tools from scratch. You will work with existing tools like n8n and other platforms to create efficient workflows and integrations across the organisation.
Qualification Criteria (Preferable)- Certification or training in workflow automation, APIs, or tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong practical knowledge can apply)
Additional Requirements- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation efficiency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job DetailsJob Type: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Yearly appraisal
Location RequirementAbility to commute/relocate to New Delhi before starting work (Required)
