🥋 I’m building an automated CRM for Martial Arts Schools — and I need an n8n expert to help bring it to life.
Here’s what we’re building:
✅ Auto lead capture from Meta & Google Ads
✅ Instant WhatsApp + Email replies to every new lead
✅ Google Sheets as the CRM backbone
✅ Follow-up sequences (Day 1, Day 2, Day 7)
✅ Full customer journey tracking — from ad click to booked trial class
The workflow architecture is already designed in n8n.
I just need someone who can:
→ Set it up cleanly
→ Connect all the APIs (Meta, Google Ads, Twilio, Gmail)
→ Test and make it bulletproof
→ Be available for tweaks and support
🔍 Ideal Profile:
• Strong n8n experience (show me your workflows!)
• Knows Twilio / WhatsApp API
• Familiar with Google Sheets API
• Bonus: experience with Meta Lead Ads webhook
This is a paid project. Remote. Flexible timeline.
