We're expanding quickly and seeking someone eager to grow alongside us. We are currently a team of 12, fast-paced, flexible, high energy, young team of guys mostly based in western Europe.
Responsibilities / Workflow:
Your main responsibility (OKR) is to get as many web3 start-ups to work/hire us as possible. You'll be deep in the trenches on X/LinkedIn/Telegram networking, and building relationships to make sure you find potential fits for our target audience early, and help them build with our design and development services
To achieve this, you will:
Relationship Building With Founders: We have an existing system that allows you to directly access contact information of Web3 founders. Outreach, build and maintain strong relationships with them so as to possibly have them hire our services now or in the future. Act as their trusted advisor and go-to person.
Relationship Building With Partners: Similar to before - outreach, build and maintain strategic relationships with VCs, Recruiters, Incubators, Advisors, Agency Owners so that they are willing and incentivized to refer their clients and network to us in exchange for a commission.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in web3 communities (Twitter/X, Farcaster, telegram, etc.). Yap & be the reply guy.
Setting: We have automated twitter outreach running on a daily basis that sends hundreds of messages. Stay on top of the replies that we receive and convert these conversations into booked calls.
Track & Measure: Make note of the relevant people that we talk to (founders, agency owners, VCs, incubators, etc.) so as to build databases & lead lists over time. Also report on engagement metrics to showcase the impact of your work and inform future strategies.

Detail-oriented and meticulous. Make sure to log and track all of the lead info and engagement metrics into our system (Notion).
Possess strong communication skills. Great written and spoken English.
