Product Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Onsite Management Team we are searching for a Product Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. WHAT YOU WILL DO Become an important part of the onsite management team and be responsible for identifying user needs and motivation using analytics tools (GA4), as well as independently developing user experience concepts for all our digital web applications. Take ownership of the onsite search experience by analyzing user behavior, search queries, and performance metrics. Fine-tune relevance, filtering, autocomplete, and result layouts to improve product discoverability and conversion. By fostering strong communication and collaboration across departments, you will ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and contribute to the overall success and growth of our products. Be responsible for the creation of concepts, scribbles, mockups & interactive prototypes for our applications and bring your market insight on developments & trends to the team Join the transformation of the 360° customer journey on customer touchpoints and develop a comprehensive user experience Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs and create optimization projects from hypothesis to Go-Live that can be verified before through MV – A/B tests. Conduct usability tests, identify customer needs, and derive improvement actions based on the results
