Requirements

• Any Diploma/BE/BTech/Graduate degree holder with sound knowledge in Hardwares, Networking and other IT systems.
• A background with IT field work experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge about Windows OS, Windows Server, Cloud technologies, Networking and Complex Hardwares like Firewall, Switch, Router, CCTV etc.
• Ability to research, speak and learn quickly as well as work independently on any kind of technical difficulties.
• Available for a Full Time job and ability to provide Remote Support as needed.
• Excellent online research skills and capability to provide the effective reports to external clients.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
  
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Need to communicate with global clients and understand their requirements.
• Handling Projects, Jobs, and Processes related to IT Support services both Internal and External.
• Team Work.
• Working with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, Network Admin, Cloud MSP, Hardware Firewall, VOIP System, MAC OS
• Ability to resolve on-premise IT issues along with other tasks as per requirement by maintaining the SLA.
