About Company
We're CTRL service, a leading mystery shopping company dedicated to helping businesses elevate their customer service through thorough research and detailed analysis. Were on the lookout for a Project Manager who will be key in overseeing our mystery shopping projects, from the early planning stages all the way to completion.

Work Schedule: 6 days per week (day off – Sunday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a ~1-hour lunch break
Annual Paid Leave: 28 calendar days

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource needs, and key milestones.
- Client & Shopper Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for mystery shoppers, keeping lines of communication open and smooth throughout the projects lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with teams such as researchers, analysts, and shoppers to ensure all elements of the project are executed seamlessly.
- Quality Control: Keep track of project progress and quality, making adjustments where needed and holding regular check-ins to ensure everything stays on course.
- Data Review: Go through mystery shopping reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Project Reporting: Deliver status updates and final reports to clients, emphasizing key findings and outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in how we conduct mystery shopping and suggest better methodologies.
Goals & Outcomes
- Ensure a 95% project completion rate within the first two months.
- Grow the mystery shopper database by adding at least 100 new candidates every month.
- Adhere to internal standards for managing project documentation and processes.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
Process Expectations
- Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays.
- Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls.
- Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate.
- Provide timely, detailed reports as required.
Performance Metrics
- Project completion rate: 95% or higher.
- Monthly database growth: 100+ new shoppers.
- Adherence to communication and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the mystery shopping or market research industry.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capable of managing several projects and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable with data analysis and report preparation.
- Languages: Hindi, English
