UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand user requirements, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points - Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces - Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate design concepts - Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs - Continuously iterating and improving designs based on user feedback - Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking - Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive designs - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms - Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
