Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the technical roadmap for our exciting new projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and goals - Work closely with the product team to define the technical strategy and roadmap - Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable systems - Identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and requirements Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role - Strong technical expertise in areas such as system design, architecture, and best practices - Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js - Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
