Phoenix Intern - Buying & Merchandising

RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop business plans and strategies for licensed brands Identify market opportunities and white spaces to drive growth Collaborate with licensing teams to explore new business opportunities Lead licensed brand projects and ensure timely product launches Monitor daily sales performance against targets and update the team Create and track monthly sales plans on a daily basis Analyze profit margins and discount structures Track and evaluate category growth trends and performance Plan and forecast orders effectively to maximize profitability Align category-level plans to determine optimal brand mix and positioning Conduct financial analysis covering sales, margins, discounts, and inventory Track performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly plans Collaborate with the central planning team on Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning Manage inventory through strategic liquidation and reduction of slow-moving stock
