The MFA program is designed to groom future fashion and technology leaders who will drive the next phase of growth for Myntra. As an MFA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our business and technology teams, gain exposure to various aspects of our operations, and contribute to shaping the future of fashion in India. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Buying and Merchandising teams in product selection, pricing, and inventory management - Collaborate with the Design team to identify trends and develop new product concepts - Support the Marketing team in creating engaging content and campaigns - Work with the Technology team to enhance the customer experience on the Myntra platform - Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or a related field - Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the retail industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Passion for fashion and technology If you are excited about the prospect of building the future of fashion in India, we'd love to hear from you!
