Manager, Creative Shop - Myntra Studio

At Myntra, we are looking for a passionate Creative Shop Manager to join our Myntra Studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and execution for Myntra's in-house content creation capabilities. You will lead a team of talented designers, photographers, and videographers to conceptualize and deliver high-impact, thumb-stopping creative assets for our marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define the creative direction and strategy for Myntra's marketing campaigns - Overseeing the end-to-end execution of creative projects, from ideation to delivery - Mentoring and managing a team of designers, photographers, and videographers to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our creative output - Staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in Myntra's creative capabilities - Championing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and ownership within the Myntra Studio team Required Skills and Experience: - 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation best practices - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute impactful, on-brand creative campaigns across various touchpoints - Proficiency in managing and mentoring a team of designers, photographers, and videographers - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Passion for fashion, design, and the latest consumer trends
