About the role

Key Responsibilities Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall business/ company goal Work closely with advertisers along with content creators and agencies to scale the business in a proactive and dynamic manner Identify, and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and respective business objectives handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns. It is important to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing. Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits. Requirements Bachelors degree ( MBA optional) 5-7 years of work exp with top notch marketing agency, Good working knowledge of digital marketing, creative tools and MS office Strong bias for action Good problem solving skills
