Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email and chat channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Handle customer complaints with empathy, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information about Myntras offerings, services, and policies. Assist customers with order-related inquiries, payment issues, product returns, refunds, and exchanges. Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and inventory, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service. Ensure a positive customer experience by upholding Myntras values of excellence, integrity, and customer-centricity. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in the system. Stay updated with company promotions, products, and services to deliver relevant information to customers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations. Proficient in using customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of Myntras products and services is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Experience handling customer queries via email and chat is highly desirable. Experience working with customer service software or CRM tools is an advantage. Working Hours: Full-time position with flexible working hours. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: In-depth knowledge of Myntras product range, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with customer service best practices and quality standards. Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all customer communications are clear, concise, and accurate.
