Associate - Content and Quality

Sampling the inhouse/os content writer's work to monitor and pass on effective feedback and create effective reports to maintain the quality Regular benchmarking with competition and timely update of the guidelines Coming up with new and innovative training strategies Passion for mentorship and instructive approach Manning the daily queries from customers, vendors and internal stakeholders Conducting thorough RCA's for escalations and general queries related to catalog Working closely with Operations to maintain optimum productivity with quality Pro-active approach to solving content issues, process gaps and other queries that may arise in the area of content and quality Understand and ability to take compliance calls with the regulatory guidelines Support sme operations like UPI Management, Delisting of Bundles and general project support Own the maintenance of taxonomy - addition, deletion of brand names, article types, attributes etc. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer/ Quality Auditor Must have a rating of 4 at least once in the last 3 cycles FTP OF 95% consistently for the last 6 months Excellent communication and analytical skills
