As the Data Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and data scientists, driving data-driven decision making across the organization. Key responsibilities include:- Managing and mentoring a team of data professionals- Developing and implementing data strategies to support business objectives- Identifying opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business impact- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions- Staying up-to-date with the latest data technologies and best practices and implementing them within the team
