Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our Business Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will provide overall analytics support, focusing on business excellence strategies and performance management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and developing insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements across the organization. Digital capabilities will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Supply Chain performance management by overseeing the monthly scorecard for the Surgery supply chain and continuing the digitization of this tool.
• Collaborate with Surgery Supply Chain G&Os and track progress with leadership.
• Support the WCH BEx team with monthly metric reporting, the certification program, and labor productivity program.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support strategic initiatives within the Business Excellence team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Provide analytical support for business excellence strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and processes.
• Support project management activities by analyzing project data, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate data-driven discussions and promote best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies that can enhance digital and analytical capabilities.
