Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to grow and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Roles & Responsibilities : ● Develop and manage the product roadmap and strategy in alignment with the company's goals. ● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement. ● Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery. ● Work with stakeholders to prioritise features and manage the product backlog. ● Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimisation. ● Assist in product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. ● Collect and synthesise customer feedback to guide product development and enhancements. ● Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
