Your Impact at MyEdSpace:

As a Bitrix CRM Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing our Bitrix24 CRM system to support our rapidly growing educational platform. You'll develop innovative solutions that streamline our operations, enhance customer relationships, and enable data-driven decision making. Your expertise will be crucial in building a robust CRM infrastructure that powers our mission to revolutionize education and deliver exceptional experiences to students, teachers, and administrators worldwide.

The Job to Be Done:

Bitrix24 Implementation & Customization:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Bitrix24 CRM to align with our educational business processes
• Develop custom modules, automations, and workflows to enhance CRM functionality and efficiency
• Design and implement custom user interfaces and dashboards for different stakeholder groups

Integration & Data Management:

• Create seamless integrations between Bitrix24 and our educational platform, LMS, and other internal systems
• Implement data migration strategies and ensure data integrity across all connected systems
• Establish effective data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment

Business Process Automation:

• Automate key business processes including lead management, student enrollment, teacher onboarding, and customer support
• Design and implement custom sales pipelines, marketing funnels, and reporting systems
• Create efficient document management workflows and templates specific to educational contexts

Training & Support:

• Provide comprehensive training to team members on Bitrix24 functionality and custom solutions
• Create documentation for all custom implementations and integrations
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues

Performance Optimization & Scaling:

• Monitor CRM performance metrics and optimize for speed, reliability, and user experience
• Develop scaling strategies to accommodate rapid business growth and increasing data volumes
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

The Profile We're Looking For:

Bitrix24 Expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Bitrix24 CRM systems
• Strong understanding of Bitrix24 architecture, API, and development framework
• Demonstrated ability to create custom Bitrix24 solutions for complex business requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL for Bitrix24 customization and extension development
• Experience with REST API implementation and integration with third-party systems
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating custom CRM interfaces and dashboards

CRM Implementation Experience:

• Proven track record of successful CRM implementations, preferably in educational or B2C environments
• Experience with customer data management, lead tracking, and sales process automation
• Understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards

Integration Capabilities:

• Experience integrating Bitrix24 with various platforms including payment gateways, email marketing tools, and learning management systems
• Ability to design and implement data synchronization between multiple systems
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration methodologies

Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and business needs
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation skills for processes, custom implementations, and user guides

Location and Work Style:

• Global remote work, but must be able to work UK time zones (flexibility is expected in the early stages)
