We practice the Empowerment Model—a progressive, person-centered approach that builds genuine skills, self-advocacy, and autonomy rather than one-size-fits-all compliance training. Our clinical team partners with individuals and families to create meaningful change rooted in dignity and self-determination.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong><br><br> </div><div>We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated BCBA to serve families in the Ocala area. This role is for someone who leads with empathy, believes in neurodiversity, and wants to practice ABA the way it should be practiced—affirming, ethical, and empowering. You must be ready to make a meaningful six-month minimum commitment because the families who come to depend on you deserve consistency. Trust takes time. Progress takes time. These relationships are too important to treat as temporary.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong><br><br> </div><div>• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans using the Empowerment Model <br>• Supervise and mentor RBTs with compassion and clinical excellence <br>• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure holistic support <br>• Deliver parent/caregiver training that empowers families and affirms their child's identity <br>• Monitor progress through data-driven decision-making while centering the individual's preferences and goals <br>• Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with the BACB Ethics Code and our neurodiversity-affirming values<br><br> </div><div> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><br> </div><div>Required: • Active BCBA certification in good standing • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Active Florida licensure or ability to obtain • Commitment to a minimum of six (6) months of service • Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services throughout the Greater Orlando area • A heart for serving neurodivergent individuals and families with compassion<br><br> </div><div>Strongly Preferred:  Active Florida Medicaid provider number <br><br> </div><div>Preferred: • Experience with neurodiversity-affirming or assent-based ABA frameworks • Familiarity with the Empowerment Model or person-centered approaches • Bilingual candidates warmly welcomed • Telehealth experience<br><br> </div><div> <strong>WHY MY TIME 2 LAUNCH?</strong><br><br> </div><div>• Work directly with a founder who has walked in your clients' families' shoes—with 20+ years of clinical experience to share • Grow under nationally recognized clinical mentorship invested in your development • Practice values-aligned ABA in a flexible, remote-friendly culture • Competitive compensation with growth opportunities as we expand nationally and internationally<br><br> </div><div>At MT2L, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people who are supported, respected, and valued.
