Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cropthorne. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. Your main responsibilities will include:- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks- Liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and collaboration- Providing leadership and direction to project teams, delegating tasks and providing support as needed- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery- Supporting the wider business through ad-hoc project work as required The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a similar environment. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively.
