Description:
Oversee job postings and interviewing for all positions. Responsible for reviewing all applicant resumes and scheduling initial interviews with candidates and following the interview process. Responsible for onboarding employees through the recruiting software system.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable recruiting experience
· Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to keep hiring information confidential
· Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
· Ability to work in hiring software system, experience with UKG or ADP recruitment module a plus
· Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
· Must be willing and able to work in an office environment
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to analyze data and problem solve
Essential Functions:
§ Post all job requisitions in the recruiting software system and other platforms when needed
§ Review resumes and use judgement on which candidates to interview
§ Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates and follow up with a virtual interview
§ Forward qualified candidates to appropriate managers for management interview
§ Oversee the onboarding process through completion
§ Communicate with management and other departments to set up proper cards, devices, certifications, etc.
§ Update and maintain confidential employee files
§ Provide analysis on recruitment activities and employee turnover
§ Work with the HR Business Partner on issues related to hiring-background checks, pre-adverse action notices, exit interviews, etc.
§ Work with directors on special projects
§ Attend conferences as needed
