We’re looking for an ambitious marketer who is fluent in French to join the team, and take us to the next level.


Day to day


  • You will be our point person for France – we’ll rely on you to understand and own the market, how we can grow there, and how we can improve our app
  • This might mean running focus groups on Monday, creating social and digital ad content on Wednesday, and attending events on Fridays
  • To make this happen you’ll work closely with the wider teams in UK and with other Marketing Specialists who manage marketing in our key countries
  • Running projects end to end – creating and putting together monthly events for singles
  • Reaching out to influencers and other brands and negotiating collabs and measuring their effectiveness
  • Talking to customers by putting together focus groups – getting their feedback on the ground, and understanding their app experience
  • Negotiating with ad agencies to run large OOH and billboard campaigns
  • Working with our SEO team to write website content on a regular basis to help raise the prominence of Muzz organically in your country
  • Owning our social media for your country – daily posting quick and creative content
  • Brainstorming new creative ideas and strategies to execute on to help grow your market.


Requirements


  • This role is perfect for someone who’s had 3+ years of marketing experience at a startup or fast-paced consumer business in the France
  • We need a marketing generalist who can work well across the entire marketing funnel
  • Ideally you have a strong understanding of Muslim cultures and what challenges/opportunities there might be marketing to this audience
  • A creative thinker – you’re brimming with ideas and not afraid of testing them
  • Someone confident with using data to make decisions, always asking “why are we doing this and how can we do it better”
  • A great storyteller who will proudly be the face of Muzz in the France
  • You need to be comfortable being in front of camera
