Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Mutual Fund Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations, ensuring smooth processing of mutual fund transactions, and providing excellent support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process mutual fund purchase, redemption, SIP, and switch transactions on behalf of clients.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and completing account opening formalities.
- Process and monitor client KYC documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Address client queries related to mutual fund transactions and account services.
- Handle backend documentation, record keeping, and operational paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Analyze mutual fund schemes and assist the team with research and operational support.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and other service providers for transaction-related matters.
- Ensure timely execution of client requests and follow up until completion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through prompt and professional service.
Qualifications- Graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred. However, Freshers with a keen interest in mutual funds are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds and financial products.
- Familiarity with KYC procedures and mutual fund operations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
