Role Summary
We are inviting applications from experienced Mutual Fund professionals for the position of Mutual Fund Associate at our Gorakhpur office. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned investor portfolio, handling end-to-end Mutual Fund operations, and serving as the primary relationship point for a defined client base.
The selected candidate will be allocated a portion of our existing AUM from the date of joining. This ensures a structured, supported start — with a real book of business to manage and grow from Day One.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage Mutual Fund transactions including SIP, lumpsum, redemption, switch, STP, and SWP
• Oversee investor KYC, account onboarding, and all documentation requirements
• Manage and strengthen relationships with an established investor base through regular engagement and service
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide goal-based financial planning support to investors
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS / KFintech), NSE Invest Platform, and MF Central for transaction and service-related activities
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and ensure accuracy across all transaction records

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund distribution or operations
• NISM Series V-A Certification — mandatory
• Hands-on working knowledge of NSE Invest Platform, MF Central, CAMS, or KFintech
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity

• Fixed Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Variable Pay: Profit-sharing linked to AUM growth — performance is directly and meaningfully rewarded
• AUM Allocation: A portion of the firm's existing AUM will be assigned to the candidate from Day One — ensuring a productive start without building from scratch
