Role Description The Mutual Fund Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves advising clients on mutual fund products, helping them understand investment options, and aligning recommendations with their financial goals and risk profiles. The representative will respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing customer service, monitor portfolio performance, and assist with account-related documentation and transactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product research, staying updated on market developments and regulatory changes, preparing reports or presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of client instructions. The role requires consistent adherence to compliance standards and a strong focus on transparent, ethical communication.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Investments and Finance, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Practical understanding of Mutual Funds, including product types, risk profiles, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Skills in Portfolio Management, including monitoring performance, recommending adjustments, and supporting clients’ financial objectives.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NISM or equivalent mutual fund advisory certifications) are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards, commitment to regulatory compliance, and a client-centric mindset.
