About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mutual Fund Operations Executive to manage day-to-day mutual fund operational activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mutual fund transaction processing, investor onboarding, compliance documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Mutual Fund Operations
- Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, and SWPs.
- Managing investor onboarding, including KYC verification, FATCA compliance, and documentation.
- Handling folio creation, updates, nominee changes, bank modifications, and transmission-related processes.
- Monitoring transaction status and ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Maintaining operational accuracy and ensuring proper documentation of all processes.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operational functioning.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Mutual Fund operations and investment products.
- Knowledge of KYC, FATCA, SIP, redemption, switch, and folio-related processes.
- Strong command over MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Financial Services Operations preferred.
