Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Operation Executive (MF)
Location: Thane, Hiranandani Estate ,
Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai
We are looking for Mutual Fund Operations Executives to join our team. If you are from a financial domain, understand the world of finance, or have done professional courses in finance and are interested in Wealth Management, Exposure to Stock Market Investment, Insurance & Taxation then you will love this position.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns through various communication channels. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service. Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Execution and processing of Mutual Fund transactions (purchase, redemption, SIP, SWP, STP, etc.) Client onboarding and KYC verification. Monitoring and reporting investment portfolios.
Skills Required: Basic written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with open office applications, MS Word, and Excel.
Eligibility: Graduation in finance related stream or Bcom, BBI, BFM NISM Series 5 A Certification is a plus and will be given preference Knowledge of Financial & Securities market and Insurance
