Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Mutual Fund Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to Mutual Fund business. The candidate will be responsible for transaction processing, client servicing support, documentation, reconciliation, and coordination with AMCs and RTAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Mutual Fund transactions such as Purchase, SIP, Redemption, Switch, STP, and SWP
- Handling client onboarding and KYC documentation
- Coordination with RTAs like CAMS and KFin Technologies
- Managing transaction reports and reconciliation
- Tracking rejected transactions and pending cases
- Maintaining client records and compliance documents
- Assisting Relationship Managers in operational and servicing activities
- Generating portfolio statements and capital gain reports
- Working on Mutual Fund platforms such as BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, or other distributor portals
- Ensuring proper documentation and process compliance
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds and financial products
- Good understanding of KYC and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle operational workload efficiently
Eligibility
- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / MBA Finance or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund operations, financial services, or broking industry preferred
- Freshers with good financial knowledge may also apply
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Mutual Fund distributors, broking firms, or wealth management companies
- Knowledge of RTA processes and MF transaction platforms
Salary
Up to 35K.
