About the role
Role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition within your assigned region. You will work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall brand and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans to achieve sales and customer acquisition goals
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities within your assigned region, including events, advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in the financial services or consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
