Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior/Lead Sales Development Representative with an events background. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting outreach through various channels, managing client communications, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies. The position also includes tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline management
- Knowledge or previous experience in the events industry and event management platforms
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Ability to utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms for reporting and lead management
- An understanding of digital marketing strategies and sales enablement
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in an outbound sales or sales development role preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
