About the role
Associate's degree or 2 years college coursework in accounting, finance, public administration, business, or public relations; or high school diploma/GED with GIS certification, 6 months GIS/equalization/planning/building/real estate experience, 15 GIS credit hours, 1 year residential field inspections, or MCAT/MCAO certificate or Michigan appraisal license. Must obtain MCAT within 1 year, valid Michigan driver's license, and pass post-offer medical and drug screening.
