Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Music Teacher (Instrumental) at MMPS, located in Bagh, Madhya Pradesh. The Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons in music theory, instrumental performance, and practice. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching piano and other instruments, organizing student performances, and fostering a love of music among students. The role also involves encouraging participation in cultural and musical events to enhance students’ creative skills and confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Music Theory and Music Education principles
- Proficiency in Music Performance, including experience with live performances
- Skilled in playing and teaching instruments, with expertise in Piano being desirable
- Excellent communication and instructional skills to engage students across different age groups
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to inspire a passion for music
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Music Education or a related discipline
- Experience in organizing and leading music programs or performances is an advantage
