Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction
- Conduct individual and group music lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Teach according to internationally recognized music syllabi such as Trinity College London, Rockschool, ABRSM, or MTB.
- Develop students’ technical skills, musicality, rhythm, and performance confidence.
Curriculum Delivery
- Deliver structured lessons aligned with the certification board curriculum.
- Prepare students for graded music examinations and performances.
- Design lesson plans and practice routines tailored to student progress.
Student Development
- Track and evaluate student progress regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and consistent practice.
Performance & Community
- Assist in organizing student recitals, performances, workshops, and music events.
- Support music room activities and community engagement programs.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and exam registrations.
