Role Overview:
Responsible for planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns for music releases across digital, broadcast, and on-ground platforms to enhance reach, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new and catalog music releases.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and PR teams for content creation, promotions, and publicity.
- Drive digital campaigns on YouTube, OTT music apps, and social media platforms.
- Handle influencer tie-ups, brand collaborations, and media partnerships.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and overall campaign ROI.
- Stay updated on music trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong grasp of the Indian music industry and digital marketing tools.
- Creative campaign ideation with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight timelines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Media, or Communication.
- 4-8 years experience in music or entertainment marketing, with exposure to digital platforms.
