Music Marketing Manager - UR Debut
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end marketing for music campaigns across multiple platforms, from strategy to execution
- Have a good pool of creative ideas that can be implemented to push songs growth
- Build and manage relationships with artists, internal team, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Develop, and execute insight led marketing campaigns rooted in pop culture
- Identifying the right creators, making a strategy based creator plan
- Work closely with internal team to ensure timely execution with proper creative flow
- Track campaign performance, audience behaviour n acceptance, market trends to ensure campaign success
- Understand what’s working and pivoting fast
- Identify growth opportunities in existing catalogue, suggest methods to build it and lead from ideation to execution
Requirements:
- Strong creative instinct with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns
- Up-to-date with new music releases, trends, and what’s currently working across platforms
- Solid understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify) and performance drivers
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Capable of managing projects independently from ideation to execution
- Genuine interest in music and evolving industry trends
- Able to make references & pitch decks for campaigns
- 1-3 years of experience in music marketing, marketing at brand or agency level
- Good communication skills
