Role Overview
We are looking for a Music Catalogue & Distribution Growth Manager to support the expansion and performance of our catalogue across digital platforms.
This role combines catalogue acquisition, distribution management, and performance tracking, with a focus on building and monetising music catalogue at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard artists, labels, and catalogue owners to the platform
- Manage the end-to-end release process, including metadata validation, quality control, and platform delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of content across DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube
- Monitor catalogue performance and identify opportunities to improve streams and monetisation
- Handle distribution-related queries including artist profile linking, release issues, and content ID-related matters
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of releases
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in music distribution, record labels, YouTube networks, or music platforms
- Working knowledge of music metadata, including ISRC, release formats, and ownership structures
- Familiarity with DSP workflows and digital distribution processes
- Exposure to YouTube Content ID or similar rights management systems is preferred
- Ability to manage both operational workflows and artist/label relationships
