Who We're Looking For: Fresh graduates (2025 batch preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Knowledge of Excel, Advanced Excel, and Power BI is a plus Willingness to learn and work in a high-performing team environment Key Responsibilities: Training Phase (6 Months): Learn quotation generation, order processing, shipment coordination, and payment tracking Get hands-on experience with live customer support operations Work under the guidance of experienced professionals Post-Training Responsibilities: Manage quotations, order life cycle, and delivery coordination Maintain customer communication and feedback Follow up on payments and document transactions Collaborate with internal teams (sales/logistics) for smooth operations Participate in team discussions and contribute to process improvements.
