About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the organization. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively reaching out to passive candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent - Actively source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit - Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities - Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment and hiring
