MultiplyMii is in search of an A++  Senior Recruiter (eCommerce) who wants to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members.

The Senior Recruiter will report directly to the Recruitment Pod Lead. In this role you will stand out as the star performer and will be responsible for consistently setting high standards for the team by efficiently filling complex roles, raising standards for candidate attraction and client engagement in the team.

Role Summary:


The Senior Recruiter is an outcome-obsessed operator who focuses on closing a high volume of roles efficiently and independently. They are tasked with challenging roles and important global clients, resourcefully maneuvering complex hurdles as they drive towards Placements. While the Pod Lead plays the role of both captain and coach, the Senior Recruiter is the superstar player on the team. This person constantly raises the bar for Recruiters in the company, driving professional standards for both candidate attraction and client engagement. 


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment Project Management: Efficiently manages up to 10 open roles with varying timelines, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely role closures. Navigates complex recruitment projects with finesse.
  • Client Management: Acts as the face of MultiplyMii to international clients, nurturing and building strong relationships. Delivers exceptional candidates tailored to their unique needs, addresses client concerns, and upholds MultiplyMii's reputation for service excellence.
  • Candidate Attraction: Identifies exceptional talent in the job market, both passive and active, and attracts them to join our client companies. Cultivates a network of qualified candidates within the job category. Treats candidates with respect and transparency, upholding MultiplyMii's strong employee reputation in the Philippines. 
  • Candidate Interviews: Effectively conducts candidate interviews and screening steps to narrow down a wide pool into a shortlist of qualified options. Facilitates Client Interviews with endorsed candidates, guiding clients on best practices for effectively interviewing Filipino candidates. 
  • Sourcing Kickoff Calls: Leads Sourcing Kickoff Calls to clarify client visions and deliver accurate job descriptions, setting the stage for a successful recruitment process and driving client engagement.  
  • Data and Technology: Spearheads the implementation of recruitment technology systems such as Bullhorn, Candidately, and LinkedIn. Innovates in utilizing these software tools and continuously identifies opportunities for optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Pod Collaboration: Promotes strong teamwork within the pod by leading by example, sharing expertise, and collaborating effectively with other team members. Contributes to the overall success of the pod through collaborative efforts.

Results

  • # of Roles Closed per Quarter - Maintains an average # of Roles Closed per Quarter of 12. 
  • Average # of Days to Close - Maintains an Average # of Days to Close of 35. 
  • Conversion Rate of Job to Placement - Maintains a conversion rate of Job to Placement of 70%. 


About You (Requirements):

  • Recruitment Experience - Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in a relevant Job Category. 
  • International Client Management - At least 2 years in an international client-facing role. 
  • Systems Proficiency - Proficiency in recruitment technology systems, including Bullhorn, Candidately, and LinkedIn. Possesses the ability to develop operational problems into system requirements to solve departmental problems. 
  • Communication and Client Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on client relationship management, including the ability to present confidently and resolve issues productively. 
  • Results-Driven Focus: Flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities and a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets, closing roles efficiently, and contributing to overall team success.
