The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior AI Data Quality Manager to bridge the gap between complex client needs and our innovative AI product suite. This hands-on role demands a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, and client-facing communication to transform data mining solutions into next-level AI-driven products. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of large-scale web data scraping, integration, and analytics solutions within a fast-paced healthcare AI environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI & Data Projects: Drive the successful delivery of multiple fast-paced AI and data projects, working hands-on with the team.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Develop and implement robust quality checks and automation scripts to ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of vast volumes of scraped and integrated data.
• Code for Automation: Write efficient code to automate large-scale web data scraping processes, including data cleanup and product operations, ensuring high output.
• Business & Client Alignment: Act as a critical link between client requirements and product development, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze & Optimize: Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization within data processes, developing use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional designs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and founders to ensure solutions meet defined objectives and deliver tangible business value.
• Project Management & UAT: Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, monitoring progress, providing status updates, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementation.
• Data Reporting & Insights: Comfortably review and analyze large volumes of data in Excel and databases to derive insights and identify quality issues.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in a role combining aspects of Business Analysis, Data Quality, and hands-on coding for data-driven solutions.
• Essential: High comfort with reviewing large volumes of data in Excel and databases.
• Essential: Hands-on coding ability for automation, particularly related to large-scale data scraping and cleanup.
• Strong background in building large web data scraping, integration, and analytics solutions.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, coupled with the ability to translate them into technical specifications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, testing, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client updates effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to thrive in a high-output, multitasking, and cross-functional environment.
• Healthcare domain experience is a significant plus.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies; Agile methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
