Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, at Kolaahalam Mainland Resort & Spa. Vacancies are available across various departments, including hospitality, culinary services, housekeeping, customer service, and recreational activities. Responsibilities may include providing exceptional guest services, delivering high-quality food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with outdoor adventures, and ensuring a memorable and comfortable experience for all visitors. Activities also include contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the resort's facilities.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding experiences for guests
- Hospitality and housekeeping knowledge to maintain cleanliness and comfort of facilities
- Culinary skills and experience to deliver exceptional food and beverage services
- Organizational and teamwork abilities to ensure seamless operational coordination
- Outdoor and recreational activity skills, including trekking and guiding jeep safaris, is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
