Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals in HR functions, including educators, content creators, and administrators, based in Mumbai and other locations in India. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, developing course content, creating and managing educational resources, and ensuring curriculum alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design effective learning solutions, maintain training records, and regularly assess and enhance educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and education delivery
- Skills in content creation, document design, and technical writing
- Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and training facilitation
- Understanding of industry-specific standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to mentor and guide learners for holistic personal and professional development
- Familiarity with basic IT tools and digital platforms used for training purposes
- Experience in the Power or allied sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields
