🔍 Open Positions:
1. Interior Designers (with Architect Background)
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 The Role: Transform spaces by blending architectural precision with stunning interior aesthetics. You will take ownership of projects from conceptualisation and spatial planning to material selection and final execution.
🎯 Requirements: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with proven experience in residential, strong proficiency in design software, and a keen eye for detail.
2. Pre-Sales Managers
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 The Role: The driving force behind our initial client engagement. You will manage incoming leads, understand client requirements, pitch our design philosophy, and seamlessly qualify prospects for our design teams.
🎯 Requirements: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and prior experience in the interior design or real estate sector.
3. Sales Head
📍 Location: Kolkata (Regional Lead)
💼 The Role: A leadership role to spearhead our business growth in the Kolkata region. You will design regional sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue targets, and build strong market penetration.
🎯 Requirements: Significant leadership experience in high-ticket sales (Interiors/Real Estate/Premium Consumer Goods), a proven track record of scaling regions, and exceptional mentoring skills.
