No one wants to visit a hospital. But when they have to, they should leave feeling cured and cared for. We are on a mission to change how 7 billion people experience healthcare. The best care happens when doctors and nurses can focus on medicine -not on phone calls, forms, and follow-ups. We build AI interfaces that give them that time back.
We are hiring across five roles at LuminAI Health. We build enterprise AI for hospitals — automating non-diagnostic workflows so doctors spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. We have LOIs with Apollo, Venkateshwara, and AIIMS New Delhi. Pilots are live. We are growing the team that builds what comes next.

ROLE 1 — AI Engineer · 2–4 years · Delhi/NCR onsite preferred
You will build and fine-tune voice and document AI models for real healthcare conversations. Experience in RAG, LoRA, clinical NLP, <500ms latency, low-bandwidth settings. Strong ML fundamentals combined with solid software engineering skills. Python essential. Production experience required.
ROLE 2 — Full Stack Engineer · 2–4 years · Delhi/NCR onsite preferred
You ship to production. TypeScript, React, Python. You will build real-time AI-integrated workflows and integrate with hospital systems - HIS, EMR, billing, telephony. You do not wait to be told what to do. You have Experience deploying AI-integrated applications on cloud and on-prem environments
ROLE 3 — Business Analyst / Product Manager · 2–4 years · Delhi/NCR onsite — must
You translate clinical reality into sprint tickets. You will spend time on the ground in hospitals, map workflows, write specs engineers can act on, and own customer outcomes end to end. Healthcare or enterprise tech context is a strong plus.
ROLE 4 — Expert Contractor, AI Systems · 5+ years · Remote possible
PhD or equivalent depth in speech AI, clinical NLP, multimodal AI, or applied LLMs. You will shape the technical direction of our AI stream and personally contribute to the hardest problems we face. This is not an advisory role.
ROLE 5 — Expert Contractor, Engineering & Architecture · 5+ · Remote possible
MTech / MS / PhD in CS or systems engineering. Deep expertise in distributed systems, real-time AI infrastructure, or healthcare IT. You will set the architecture standards and own the hardest infrastructure decisions.
