The School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) is an upcoming leadership development institution in Gandhinagar, spread over a 22-acre campus. The campus will be commissioned in February 2027.
SOUL is dedicated to shaping authentic, relentless, and conscientious leaders through its diverse portfolio of leadership development programs.
CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE – POLITICAL THOUGHT AND PRACTICE
We are setting up a Centre of Excellence (COE) that will run various political leadership programs, including the flagship long duration youth political leadership development program and shorter programs for MPs, MLAs, Urban Local Bodies, etc.
These programs will be designed at the intersection of deep political knowledge, political practices, data analytics, policy analysis, behavioural sciences, and domain knowledge.
POSITIONS
Positions Experience Equivalent To
Sr. Vice President / Vice President 20+ years Professor
Program Mentors / Guides 10+ years Associate Professor
Lead Associates 5+ years Assistant Professor
These are ONSITE, FULLTIME roles based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat
JOB DESCRIPTION
Programs: Curate experiential programs for political leadership
Applied Research: Study political practices, behaviours, and develop case studies for the programs
Data Insights: Generate data-based insights on Indian political landscape
Partnerships: Develop political partnerships with experts, practitioners, and mentors
DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Historical understanding of political evolution in India
Psephology, political data mining and analytics
Qualitative analysis (sentiment, discourse analysis)
Public finance (taxation, public expenditure)
Applied research (policy impact, program evaluation)
Experiential learning methodologies
Political consultancy, think tanks
Lived political experience
Political journalism
Post Graduate and above (any discipline)
