1.Business Development Manager – Interior Design Industry
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience, preferably from an interior designing or architectural company, to drive lead generation and client acquisition for SA Fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Identify and connect with potential clients in the interior/architecture segment
• Convert prospects into clients through effective communication and follow-ups
• Conduct client meetings (virtual/on-site) and present company services and design solutions
• Coordinate with internal design teams to align client requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (Non-IT)
• Prior experience in an interior designing or architectural firm is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Understanding of interior design services and client handling
2.Interior Designer (Location: Chandigarh)
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join SA Fairs. The role involves supporting concept development, execution, and styling of interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visuals
• Assist in space planning, layouts, and material selection
• Source materials, décor, and accessories as per project requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Support on-site execution and project coordination
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and innovations
Requirements:
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in interior design
• Basic knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.)
• Good understanding of space planning and materials
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and manage timelines
3.Brand Building Freelancer (Remote)
We are looking for a creative Brand Building Freelancer to support SA Fairs, an interior designing and architectural firm, in strengthening our brand presence across digital platforms. The role focuses on developing consistent brand messaging and creating visually engaging campaigns that reflect our design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility of our interior design and architectural projects
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
• Plan and manage social media campaigns showcasing projects, designs, and client transformations
• Conduct market research on design trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and marketing teams for aligned brand communication
• Monitor brand performance and optimize campaigns to attract and engage potential clients
Requirements:
• 2 to 6 years of experience in brand building, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
• Understanding of design-focused branding (interior/architecture preferred)
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
